Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will grant you full authority over your e-mail accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can set up a new e-mailbox account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect mail messages from one email mailbox to another, create e-mail filters, create autoresponders and defend your email box accounts against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create a filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and choose the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Simply specify the electronic mail account you would like to forward e-mail messages from, then choose the target e-mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your liking to access your e-mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
